The use of cameras, video equipment or flash photography is not allowed during the performance. However, we encourage taking photos and videos before the performance and after the show.

Yes! New World Stages is wheelchair and elevator accessible. The “Access Information” tab on the Telecharge show page provides information on access into the theatre, as well as specific locations of wheelchair, transfer arm, and companion seating. To search for seats, go to “Find Tickets” and click on “Wheelchair-Only Locations & Transfer Arm Seats.” If you need assistance purchasing wheelchair or transfer arm seating, contact Telecharge Access Services at 212-239-6222.

Late seating will be at the discretion of the house manager. Please note that latecomers may not be able to access their purchased seats.

Although we strive to create an inclusive and enjoyable experience for all in attendance, we do not currently have specific performances for patrons with sensory challenges. The show incorporates flashing strobe lights, high-intensity colored lasers, loud music, and floor-to-ceiling bubbles, so please consider this sensory environment when purchasing tickets. We also suggest taking precautions if necessary, such as bringing noise-canceling headphones, sunglasses, or any comfort items that may be helpful.
Infrared assisted listening devices and neck induction loop systems (requires t-coil) are available to borrow at the Shubert Audience Services kiosk.
Outside food or beverage are not permitted in the theater.

Yes! There is merchandise available for purchase at the theatre before and after the performance. We also have an online store.

Yes! There is a Me In A Bubble photo available for purchase before and after the performance.

TICKETING QUESTIONS

For tickets confirmed within 14 days of the performance date, e-tickets will be emailed no later than 24 hrs prior to the performance. Otherwise, e-tickets will be delivered to the email address you provide, directly from Telecharge 14 days prior to the performance date. From the link provided in the email, print tickets or present on phone at the venue on the day of the performance.

Tickets are available for purchase at the box office.
